Digital Asset Disclosure

1. Scope of Disclosure

This Digital Asset Disclosure applies to all features of PrimeAxias that interact with blockchain networks, including wallet connection, portfolio viewing, and any future on-chain functionality. It supplements our general Risk Disclosure and Terms of Service.

2. Nature of Digital Assets

Digital assets (also referred to as cryptocurrencies, tokens, or virtual assets) are not legal tender, are not backed by any government or central bank, and are not covered by any deposit protection scheme. They exist solely on decentralised networks maintained by independent participants worldwide.

The value of any digital asset is determined entirely by market supply and demand. There is no issuer, guarantor, or counterparty that can support their value.

3. Price Volatility

Digital asset prices are subject to extreme volatility. It is not uncommon for major assets to move 20–50% in value within a 24-hour period. Smaller or less liquid tokens may move by greater magnitudes or become entirely illiquid without warning.

PrimeAxias displays live and estimated prices sourced from third-party market data providers. These prices may lag real market prices, may be subject to manual administrative override, and may be unavailable during provider outages. Price data on PrimeAxias is informational only and does not constitute a binding quote or offer.

4. Non-Custodial Architecture

PrimeAxias operates a non-custodial wallet interface. This means:

• We never store, access, or transmit your private keys or seed phrases.
• Your assets remain in wallets you control directly through your own wallet software (MetaMask, WalletConnect-compatible wallets, etc.).
• We cannot freeze, reverse, or recover any on-chain transactions.
• If you lose access to your wallet's private key or seed phrase, your assets are permanently inaccessible. PrimeAxias cannot assist with wallet recovery.

5. Web3 Wallet Risks

Connecting a wallet to PrimeAxias requires signing a cryptographic message (Sign-In with Ethereum / EIP-4361). This signature is used for authentication only. PrimeAxias does not request and cannot initiate any transaction approvals, token transfers, or contract interactions through this authentication flow.

You should:

• Never approve any unexpected transaction request from any application claiming to be PrimeAxias.
• Verify the URL is primeaxias.com before signing any message.
• Use a hardware wallet or dedicated software wallet for funds you intend to display on PrimeAxias.
• Disconnect your wallet from PrimeAxias when not actively using the platform.

6. Smart Contract Risk

PrimeAxias currently operates as a read-only portfolio viewer and does not interact with any smart contracts on your behalf. However, if you hold tokens issued by third-party protocols, those tokens carry the inherent risks of the smart contracts governing them, including bugs, exploits, and protocol changes.

7. Regulatory Uncertainty

The regulatory status of digital assets varies significantly across jurisdictions and continues to evolve. It is your responsibility to ensure that connecting a wallet to PrimeAxias and viewing your digital asset portfolio complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

8. Tax Considerations

In many jurisdictions, holding, transferring, or trading digital assets gives rise to tax obligations. PrimeAxias does not provide tax advice. You should consult a qualified tax advisor regarding your obligations.

9. Acknowledgement

By connecting a wallet to PrimeAxias, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this Digital Asset Disclosure.
• You are connecting your wallet at your own risk and hold PrimeAxias harmless for any losses.
• You understand the non-custodial nature of the platform and that PrimeAxias cannot recover your assets.
• Digital asset values displayed on PrimeAxias are informational and not binding quotes.
